The Operations team is the engine that drives us. These are the folks that are out in the dust, mud, or rain using their creativity, experience, and work ethic to create something from nothing. A Field Leader must not only be able to physically construct a project, but must have the interpersonal skills to motivate and lead others to accomplish our goals. We are very proud of the fact that most of our Supervisors started out here at T&C in other positions, most actually having started as a General Laborer. Due to our size and the fact that we really strive to give these opportunities to those who have proven themselves in various other positions, these opportunities are limited. However, if you feel you have ability to bring new energy and outstanding leadership skills then lets talk!
